My team and I created new patterns, updated Confidence’s automation emails, and created product-driven content for social media. The most exciting part of the client journey was creating fun TikTok and Instagram Reels using popular sounds heard in both apps.

Goals
Our goals were to establish new customer engagement and boost purchases through new content strategies, re-engaging emails, and lots of new video content. Part of the strategy was to generate enough content using popular music used by users of the product and competitors throughout social platforms.
